Adult Gymnastics
Adult classes will run at West Ashley Gymnastics on MOST Tuesdays & Thursdays from 8:00-9:00pm. Once enrolled in the class, you will receive emails regarding any schedule changes/cancelations.
Adult gymnastics is for all levels! This class can be as hands on or hands off as you would like it. The $60 registration fee is required for all participants.

​This is a fun and flexible class for all experience levels. Each session begins with a group warm-up, stretch, and basics before participants split off to focus on the specific skills they’d like to develop. With guidance from Coach Randy & Coach Kayla, adults can work on strength, flexibility, balance, and new gymnastics techniques at their own pace in a supportive, encouraging environment.
