Adult Gymnastics
Adult classes will run at West Ashley Gymnastics on Tuesdays from 8:00-9:00pm. Adult gymnastics is for all levels! This class can be as hands on or hands off as you would like it. The $60 registration fee is required for all participants.
This is a fun and flexible class for all experience levels. Each session begins with a group warm-up, stretch, and basics before participants split off to focus on the specific skills they’d like to develop. With guidance from Coach Randy Parrish, adults can work on strength, flexibility, balance, and new gymnastics techniques at their own pace in a supportive, encouraging environment.
