School Day Out

West Ashley Gymnastics offers School Day Out Camps during select holidays and teacher workdays. These camps typically align with the days off for nearby school districts, providing parents with a fun and active childcare option.

Ages: 6–12
Time: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday–Friday
What to Bring: Lunch, 2 snacks, and a water bottle

Cost: $60 for members | $75 for non-members.

Summer Camps

Ages: 6–12 (siblings welcome at age 5)
Time: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday–Friday
What to Bring: Lunch, 2 snacks, and a water bottle

Pricing:

Weekly Camp: $375 Members | $405 Non-Members
Daily Drop-In (if space allows): $80 Members | $90 Non-Members
(No single-day requests accepted before June 1st and are non-refundable)
$50 Non-Refundable Deposit due at registration (per week)
Remaining balance due the Friday before each camp week

Typical Camp Day!

8:00–10:00 AM – Arrival & Open Gym

10:00–11:30 AM – Gymnastics or Craft (snack break included)

11:30 AM–12:30 PM – Lunch

12:30–2:00 PM – Gymnastics or Craft Rotations

2:00–3:00 PM – Open Gym

3:00–4:00 PM – Pack Up & Pick-Up

*if your child is enrolled in classes or in team, they will be able to go from camp to practice*
