WAG’s competitive program includes Fast Trak, USAG Compulsory & Optional, and AAU teams. Our athletes train hard, build confidence, and proudly represent WAG at competitions throughout the region.
WAG’s Acro & Tumbling Levels 1–4 are part of our competitive team, focusing on foundational acro skills and synchronized tumbling. Athletes build strength and technique as they prepare for higher levels.
WAG’s Competitive T&T Levels 1–10 train athletes in trampoline, tumbling, and double mini for sanctioned meets. Athletes focus on strong technique and progression as they advance through each competitive level.
Team placements are based on coach recommendations or evaluations. If your child shows interest and readiness, we’ll contact you to discuss options. Team Invitations are dispersed one time a year in March and those teams will start in early June.
XCEL is a USA Gymnastics and AAU program that allows athletes to compete with more flexibility and individualized routines while maintaining a fun, positive experience.
Training hours vary by level but range from 4 to 15 hours per week.
Yes, competition and uniform fees are separate from tuition. Uniform fees are determined early summer after practice starts in June. Meets schedules and associated cost are communicated in July or August.
Parents should help athletes arrive on time, stay positive, and communicate with coaches when needed. We also appreciate help at our home meets!
We rely on our team families to help support our hosted meets and events. Parent volunteers are essential to making our competitions successful.
