Becky Parrish
Co-Owner & Executive Director
Becky was born and raised West of the Ashley in Charleston, SC. She graduated with a Business and Industrial Safety Degree from Newberry College and has been a successful business manager for over 30 years. She was a competitive baton twirler with various state and national awards. She is passionate about fitness for children and helping them find a means to further their education through the sport of gymnastics. She has one son, Blake and a daughter Ally, who graduated as a Level 10 gymnast and current Business Manager and Head Coach at WAG. Becky is married to Randy Parrish.

Ally Eidson
Co-Owner & Head Team Coach/Coordinator
Ally has been part of the gymnastics world for most of her life, first as a gymnast and now as a coach and leader. She started gymnastics at 3 years old and competed through every level and spent three years at Level 10 while simultaneously moving into coaching, where she’s been sharing her love for the sport for over 10 years. For the past 5+ years, she has worked closely with competitive teams, helping athletes chase big goals while building confidence and strength along the way. As Business Manager and Head Team Coach at West Ashley Gymnastics, Ally is passionate about creating a positive, supportive environment where athletes can thrive both inside and outside of the gym. She loves watching gymnasts discover their potential, celebrate milestones, and grow as teammates and individuals. Outside of the gym, Ally enjoys spending time with her family, hosting big game nights, and staying active through her own workouts.

Randy Parrish
Program Developer + Trampoline & Tumbling Head Coach
"The Professional FunMaster" Randy was a former competitive college gymnast at Illinois State University. He has been coaching since 1976 and owned Quincy Gymnastics for 25 years and coached gymnasts and cheerleaders to the National Level and collegiate level. He is a certified Physical Education teacher. In addition, he was the director of the FLIP FEST summer gymnastics camp for 20 years in Tennessee owned by Olympians John Macready and John Roethlisberger. He coaches all levels including recreational gymnastics here at WAG. He is WAG's program developer and director. He has coached athletes to various State, Regional, and National Levels. He is USAG National and Regional Clinician and USAG Men's and Women's Professional Coach, Meet Director and Safety Certified.

Ava Manganiello
Events Manager and Acro & Tumbling Team Coach
​​​Ava is originally from Peabody, Massachusetts and moved down south to attend College of Charleston. Ava graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Astronomy with minors in Economics and Psychology in December 2025. Ava started dancing at two years old until her senior year of high school. During this time she travelled all over the country with her dance team. She began teaching at the studio at the age of 14 and helping with administrative tasks. In high school she was a varsity hockey cheerleader and captain of the squad for two years. Passionate about working with children and being in an active environment led Ava to join the WAG staff in January 2024. She is currently a certified USA Gymnastics Competitive Coach, Meet Director and Youth Acrobatics & Tumbling Judge. At WAG Ava is managing the front desk, supporting gym operations, and coaching the Acrobatics & Tumbling Team.

Sierra Parker
Rec and Acro & Tumbling Team Coach
Sierra started gymnastics when she was three years old and eventually transitioned into competitive cheerleading, where she had the amazing opportunity to compete at the Cheerleading World Championships six times. She earned a full scholarship to cheer in college, and her team placed 3rd at UCA College Nationals.
She began volunteer coaching at her gym at the age of 12, helping with the special needs cheer team, and officially started coaching both cheer and gymnastics at 16. Coaching quickly became one of her favorite parts of life, and she has been doing it ever since.
Today, she coaches recreational gymnastics classes and the Acro & Tumbling teams at WAG. She is also currently pursuing her Master’s in School Counseling, allowing her to combine her love for coaching with her passion for supporting kids’ growth both in and out of the gym.

Hannah Valente
Rec & Team Coach
Hannah is one of our team coaches and has been part of WAG for about a year. She grew up in the sport and has spent many years coaching and judging, gaining experience with athletes of all ages in both recreational and competitive programs. Along the way, she has earned professional credentials through USA Gymnastics and NAWGJ, which support her commitment to safety, quality instruction, and athlete well-being. Hannah is passionate about creating a positive and encouraging environment where gymnasts can build confidence, grow their skills, and develop a lasting love for the sport.

Sydney Beers
Team Coach
Sydney was a Division 1 gymnast at Cornell University, where she competed all-around for the past 4 years. She has been involved in gymnastics since she was 2 years old and has also developed an interest in coaching the sport. She coached private lessons as well as level 4 during the summers while she was in college. Since graduating May 2025, Sydney has been at WAG. During her time at WAG, she has been coaching the AAU Gold and Platinum teams.

Kayla Frady
Rec & Team Coach
Kayla is originally from Savannah, Georgia and moved to Charleston in 2024 to attend Charleston Southern University, where she is pursuing a degree in Kinesiology with a minor in Biology. Her gymnastics journey began in mommy-and-me classes and grew into a decade of competitive experience. After repeated injuries, Kayla transitioned from competing to coaching at just 15 years old—and she hasn’t stopped since. With a passion for the sport and its athletes, Kayla is dedicated to developing each gymnast not only in their skills but also as confident, well-rounded individuals.

Nicolás Cazorla
Marketing Manager & Rec Coach
Nico grew up in Spain, where he discovered his love for sports through soccer and tennis. After moving to the U.S. at age 10, he continued competing in varsity tennis, club soccer, and track and field for several seasons. During college, he studied psychology and expanded his understanding of fitness through self-education in lifting, running, and conditioning. He now also holds a Masters Degree in Digital Marketing.
With extensive experience in child development, Nico combines his passion for athletics and youth growth in everything he does. In addition to coaching, he serves as WAG’s Marketing Manager—capturing our athletes in action and sharing the excitement of our programs and events with the community!

Larry LaBella
Trampoline & Tumbling Team, Women's Team Coach and Rec Coach
Larry is originally from West Palm Beach, Florida, and is in his 42nd season of coaching gymnastics. Throughout his career, he has coached numerous state and regional champions and has guided several athletes to compete at the NCAA level. Two of his athletes have gone on to compete internationally, including one who represented their country at the 2012 London Olympics.
Larry previously owned and operated his own gymnastics facility in Florida for eight years. He has extensive experience coaching Men’s and Women’s Artistic Gymnastics as well as Trampoline & Tumbling. While he enjoys working with athletes of all levels, his favorite classes are Parent & Tot, where he loves introducing the sport to the youngest gymnasts.
Outside of the gym, Larry’s favorite meal is a traditional Thanksgiving turkey dinner, and he enjoys traveling whenever he can. A true Disney enthusiast, he has visited Walt Disney World over 1,000 times and is on a mission to experience every Disney park around the world, he’s already visited 8!

Aubrey Smith
After school & Camp Counselor
Aubrey is originally from Florida and has called Charleston home for the past 8 years. She cheered competitively for 7 years in both sideline and high school cheer, building a strong foundation in teamwork, discipline, and leadership. Aubrey is currently pursuing her bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design at Lander University. She is passionate about helping children grow in confidence, develop new skills, and reach their full potential. Aubrey is excited to use her experience and positive energy to create a fun, encouraging environment where every child can succeed.
